Charitable Request Guidelines

Each year SUBMASTERS contributes over $10,000 in food donations to Burke County charities. We feel that by giving back to our community we are investing not only in Burke County, but also the nation and the world.

As a small business, we must exercise discretion when making decisions that affect our overall financial picture. Because of the large volume of requests we receive, only requests made in writing will be considered. Solicitors will be notified via mail or email of the status of their requests within 3 business days of receipt.

Requests for charitable donations must adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. All requests must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests may be mailed to:

  2. Please include information about your organization including name, address, telephone number and mission.
     
  3. Give details about the specific request and how will the donation be used? Provide details on what, when, and where.
